Power NI (formerly known as NIE) is the largest electricity supplier in Northern Ireland, with 700,000 domestic customers in the region. Until 2010, NIE was the only electricity supplier available to Northern Irish customers.

In October and November 2013 we surveyed 8,525 UK adults, who pay for their household energy, about their experience with their gas and electricity suppliers. For Power NI, we received 147 responses.
Customer scores are based on overall satisfaction and likelihood of recommending to a friend. This survey is the largest one of its kind conducted in the UK.
