In October and November 2013 we surveyed 8,525 UK adults, who pay for their household energy, about their experience with their gas and electricity suppliers, to bring your customer scores for the different energy companies. However, we're unable to provide a customer score for Flow Energy at the moment as we don't hold enough data from Flow Energy customers.
Its main product - which it is yet to launch - is the Flow Boiler which the company states it will give you free of charge when you need a new boiler. This is because it generates electricity which it can sell back to the grid so should pay for itself within five years.
