WebSaver 4 from British Gas
With WebSaver 4 you will receive a minimum 6% discount against British Gas standard tariff prices until 30th November 2010, helping you to relax in the knowledge that you are receiving a competitive price from British Gas.
Whether prices go up, down or remain the same, your prices will be a minimum 6% below the standard tariff rates from British Gas.
WebSaver 4 is only available to sign up online, so is not available if you call British Gas. As it is a full online account it means that with WebSaver 4 you can view, amend and pay your bills online if you wish.
Customers can pay their gas and electricity bills for WebSaver 4 by monthly direct debit and quarterly cash/cheque. Prepayment customers cannot apply for this tariff.
Early termination fees do apply with WebSaver 4 which means that if you change supplier before 28th February 2010, you may be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fees are £30 for electricity and £30 for gas (a total of £60 for customers with both gas and electricity accounts).
WebSaver 4 from British Gas was last launched on the 20th August and at the same time WebSaver 3 was removed from sale.
