Web 16 from npower was launched on the 15th July 2009.

Web 16 was removed from sale to new customers on the 19th October 2009.

Web 16 is aimed at customers who use more energy than the average user.

Web 16 is a dual fuel tariff that is available to both new and existing customers who are happy to service their energy accounts online and pay by monthly direct debit.
