These services are provided by Energylinx, who are the largest specialist independent energywatch accredited home energy price comparison service. We provide a comprehensive service related to the purchase of electricity and gas for domestic properties within the UK .

The services are provided completely free of charge. Energylinx receives a small commission payment from the utility providers should you decide to enter into a contract with them.

Use of these services is subject to the terms and conditions within this statement.

Energylinx acts as an agent between you and the utility provider. Any eventual contract will be between you and the utility provider and not Energylinx. Any eventual contract shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the utility provider.

The prices contained within the Energylinx website are continually updated and are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the utility providers. The prices quoted include VAT and are based on current prices available as at today's date, they do not include historic prices/tariffs.

Energylinx has no influence on the acceptance of any contract by the utility providers and as such cannot be held liable should an offer be withdrawn or not made available to you.

You should take all reasonable precautions to ensure that any information you submit to Energylinx is true, accurate and virus free.

No advice given from Energylinx shall create any warranty not expressly made within these terms and conditions

Energylinx shall not be liable for the services provided by utility providers and make no warranty for services purchased from the utility providers selected as a result of using these services.

Energylinx utilises a secure server to collect personal information - Energylinx takes your privacy very seriously and we warrant that no information will be provided by third parties, with the exception of the information required by the utility providers to allow you to enter into a contract with them.

The contents of this website are protected by copyright, no part of the website may be reproduced, adapted or stored without our express permission.

Any provision of this agreement which is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction will, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of the prohibition or un-enforceability, without invalidating the remaining provisions of this agreement or affecting the validity or enforceability of any other jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland and any dispute arising in any way shall be determined by the Scottish Courts and any Court having jurisdiction to hear appeals therefrom.
