SaveOnline from EON was launched on the 5th August 2009.
SaveOnline is available to dual fuel (gas and electricity) and electricity only customers. There is not an option for gas only.
SaveOnline is available with and without a standing charge.
Customers must manage their SaveOnline account online to receive the full discount.
If you SaveOnline and then decide to leave before the end of the discount period, 1 October 2010, the good news is that there is no early termination fee.
IGT charges are applicable when they apply and customers with no access to mains gas can obtained a no mains gas discount with SaveOnline.
The key feature of SaveOnline are:
- Discounts available until at least 01 October 2010
- Save Online Standing Charge available to Dual Fuel customers only
- Save Online No Standing Charge available to Dual Fuel and Single Electricity customers
- Customers must pay via Monthly Direct Debit
- Customer must manage their account online to receive the full discount
- Tesco Clubcard points available
- No cancellation fee applicable
- Not available to customers with non standard credit meters i.e. PPM, RHT
- IGT applicable
- No Mains Gas discount applicable
