Go Direct from Scottish and Southern Energy was launched on the 7th September 2009. The Go Direct Discount was then increased in the SWALEC, Seeboard and SWEB areas on the 22nd September 2009.
Go Direct is available from three of the Scottish and Southern Energy brands, Scottish Hydro-Electric, Southern Electric and SWALEC.
Go Direct is only available to new customers of the Scottish and Southern Energy group.
GoDirect is an online dual fuel energy or electricity only tariff available for customers paying by monthly direct debit or quarterly cash cheque.
Go Direct has a Go Direct discount which is applied up to 30th September 2010 after which time standard Scottish and Southern Energy discounts will apply.
The main terms and conditions related to Go Direct are:
- The tariff is available only to new customers of Scottish and Southern Energy
- As Go Direct is an online account paperless billing is mandatory
- An early termination fee of £50 is payable should you leave the tariff before 30th September 2010
- Whilst the tariff is not fixed an additional Go Direct discount is available to customers up to 30th September 2010.
