British Gas launch WebSaver 5

British Gas has today launched WebSaver 5 as a direct but cheaper replacement to WebSaver 4 which is being withdrawn with immediate effect. WebSaver 5 is an online energy account where prices are guaranteed to be 6% lower than the British Gas standard tariff until 28th February 2011, so regardless of whether prices go up or down the tariff will always be 6% lower than the standard prices.

British Gas launch WebSaver 4

British Gas today launched WebSaver 4 as a direct replacement to WebSaver 3 and at the same time took pole position in the standard customer best price position in three areas of the UK.

first:utility launch Smart Dual fuel online saver V1

first:utility has launched Smart Dual fuel online saver V1 in two distribution areas, Midlands Electricity and East Midlands Electricity. Smart Dual fuel online saver V1 is available to dual fuel (gas and electricity) customers only. There is not an option for gas or electricity only Smart Dual fuel online saver V1 is available as online account with monthly direct debit payment only.

These services are provided completely free of charge. We receive a small commission payment from the utility providers should you decide to enter into a contract with them.

 

Use of these services is subject to the terms and conditions within this statement.

 

We act as an agent between you and the utility provider. Any eventual contract will be between you and the utility provider and not EnergySPY . Any eventual contract shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the utility provider.

 

The prices contained within the EnergySPY website are continually updated and are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the utility providers. The prices quoted include VAT and are based on current prices available as at today's date, they do not include historic prices/tariffs.

 

EnergySPY has no influence on the acceptance of any contract by the utility providers and as such cannot be held liable should an offer be withdrawn or not made available to you.

You should take all reasonable precautions to ensure that any information you submit to EnergySPY is true, accurate and virus free.

 

No advice given from EnergySPY shall create any warranty not expressly made within these terms and conditions.

EnergySPY shall not be liable for the services provided by utility providers and make no warranty for services purchased from the utility providers selected as a result of using these services.

 

EnergySPY utilise a secure server to collect personal information – we take your privacy very seriously and we warrant that no information will be provided by third parties, with the exception of the information required by the utility providers to allow you to enter into a contract with them.

 

The contents of this website are protected by copyright, no part of the website may be reproduced, adapted or stored without our express permission.

 

Any provision of this agreement which is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction will, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of the prohibition or un-enforceability, without invalidating the remaining provisions of this agreement or affecting the validity or enforceability of any other jurisdiction.

 

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland and any dispute arising in any way shall be determined by the Scottish Courts and any Court having jurisdiction to hear appeals therefrom.
